Cirata 145mw Floating Solar

Project Description
The Cirata Solar Floating Photovoltaic (FPV) Power Plant in Indonesia is the largest floating solar power plant in Southeast Asia. The first phase of the project, which has a capacity of 145MWac (192MWp), was opened in November 2023. It entailed an investment of proximately $129 million.
The green energy produced by the floating photovoltaic (FPV) power project will power 50,000 homes while offsetting 214,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year. It is developed by a joint venture of UAE-based renewable energy company Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and Indonesia’s PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP - previously PT PJB).

Description
The Karawang photovoltaic power plant project is located in Karawang
Industrial Park, Bukit Indah, West Java, Indonesia, covering an area of about 80 hectares. It is the largest land photovoltaic project in Indonesia with the largest installed capacity. The project is jointly funded by the Indonesian National Power Company (PLN) and ARUNA, a local energy investment company in Indonesia.

On 16 October 2015, a consortium of state-owned enterprises (SOEs), forming PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN Indonesia (PSBI), and a consortium
of Chinese railway companies, through Beijing Yawan HSR Co. Ltd formed a joint venture company called PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC). In this case, KCIC becomes the operator of Whoosh, which was previously known as the Jakarta Bandung Fast Train (KCJB), is expected to be able to solve various national problems, one of which is to overcome the density of the Jakarta-Bandung transport flow which has been dependent on the Cipularang (Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang) and Padaleunyi (Padalarang-Cileunyi) toll roads.

The Balikpapan Refinery Development Master Plan RDMP project is one of the National Strategic Projects implemented by PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan, a subsidiary of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (PT KPI) which is a processing and petrochemical subholding formed by PT Pertamina (Persero). The Balikpapan RDMP project is designed to increase the processing capacity from 260 KBPD
to 360 KBPD with an increase in quality from Euro II to Euro V. The project includes the construction of New Workshop & Warehouse, Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) Feed Tank, Boiler, New
Flare BPP II, FCC & FCC NHT, and Lawe-Lawe Terminal Facilities.
